Our children are our legacy, so there should be no limits when it comes to choosing the finest school to provide them with the most exceptional education possible.
A grand educational package is what Le Rosey, the leading international boarding school in Switzerland, has to offer. It is the oldest school in the country, founded in 1880, and has ever since been home to an astounding alumni list of the sons and daughters of the world’s royalty, elite, and influential leaders, including Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavī of Iran, King Juan Carlos I of Spain, Prince Rainier of Monaco, and King Farouk of Egypt.
Le Rosey's distinguished students from different ages
Ranked as the world’s most expensive school, with yearly tuition fees costing 108,900 Swiss francs (approximately £87,300 or $110,600), the institution’s main intent is to ensure the implementation of an updated international curriculum which is multicultural and multilingual. Le Rosey’s students are instructed in English and French, and may opt for learning additional languages as well. It is actually quite common to walk through its hallways and hear students shifting from their native languages to English, French, or any other of the 20 languages that they are offered the chance to learn, showcasing the institution’s embodiment of diverse languages and cultures.

The Roséens, as the students are called, are expected to eventually sit for either the French or International baccalaureate, and the majority of them are accepted into the world’s top 25 Ivy League universities. Moreover, the school is a miniature international village, with students from around 60 countries, though enforcing strong country quotas during the admissions process to prevent students from any particular country to dominate.
Le Rosey has 2 spectacular campuses- in the winter, students relocate to the Gstaad campus, where they can ski during the season. Then when spring comes, they return to the main campus in Chataeau du Rosey in the village of Rolle by Lake Geneva. On both campuses, the Roséens are offered a unique educational experience where their physical, mental, cognitive, and artistic needs are met to the fullest. Students are required to have at least an hour of sports per day and at least one hour of art per week, and their afternoon schedules can be filled from almost 100 activities offered, ranging from football, tennis, and swimming, to yoga, Pilates, and horseback-riding.

Most importantly, Le Rosey does not believe in traditional education, maintaining a strong conviction that each student has different educational needs and learning styles, where their highly-experienced staff of educators is trained to address them. Classes average fewer than 10 students, so that each can develop solid relationships with the instructor, as well as each other, while receiving all the personalized support they need to succeed.

Le Rosey is no ordinary boarding school, but one where your children will in time transform into bright, sophisticated, multicultural, multilingual, and mature adults. It is a place where their talents and skills will be nurtured so they can explore their interests and prepare for success- not just an educational institution, but a family and home.
